Gift cards redeemed with a single scan.
Send a voucher as a QR code, cap how many times it can be redeemed, set the dates it stays valid — and watch every scan land in your dashboard.
A paper card doesn't know what happened.
A printed voucher can't tell you whether it has been used, how many times, or by whom. And you can't change it once it's been handed out.
- Nobody knows whether the card has already been used
- A wrong date means a reprint
- A changed offer means a reprint
- No statistics once they're handed out
- A lost card can't be replaced safely
- A redemption counter per guest, in real time
- Move the dates after the send-out
- Change the value without reprinting
- Scans and redemptions per batch
- Resend the same voucher to a guest
One offer, the whole guest list.
Four steps from guest list to a voucher redeemed at the bar.
One batch per event
A batch owns the offer, the rules and the email template. Every guest you add gets their own voucher from it — their own redemption counter, their own validity window. Nobody can spend somebody else's.
◆ Set up in a minuteImport the list, email every guest
Drop in the guest list as a CSV and every row becomes its own voucher. qrgeno emails each guest theirs, shows you row by row who has been sent one, and resends on demand. Guests with no address are printed instead — as PDF cards, one per page or eight per A4.
◆ CSV → inbox → phoneAdjust live, never reprint
Raise the redemption cap, extend the dates, or move the window into next weekend. Saving updates every voucher already handed out — not just the ones you make next.
◆ Applies to the whole batchRedeemed on the phone, counted per guest
The guest opens their voucher and hands the screen to staff, who tap Redeem. qrgeno hosts both result pages — the confirmation and the "can't be redeemed" notice — or points them at your own. Afterwards the batch shows scans, actual redemptions, and which vouchers were never used.
◆ Statistics per batchThree ways people use them.
Meal tickets for conference guests
One ticket per guest, three redemptions across the conference days. Staff see immediately whether lunch has already been taken.
A welcome drink per guest
Guest list in as a CSV, one voucher per person in the inbox the same day. One redemption per guest, valid for that evening only.
Gift cards without card numbers
The customer gets the voucher straight to their inbox and shows it on their phone. You see how many have actually been redeemed.

- Logo, colors and saved design templates
- Order printed voucher cards
A batch of printed vouchers that came out wrong costs more than a year of adjustments that take effect immediately.

Create a batch, email yourself a voucher and redeem it on your phone. It takes under a minute.
Before you begin.
What happens if someone tries to redeem the same voucher twice?
The second scan shows a page saying the voucher has already been redeemed, with the same timestamp staff see in the overview. The conversation at the till takes ten seconds.
Can I change the value or the dates after the vouchers have gone out?
Dates and redemptions live at the batch level, so a change there applies to both new and already-issued vouchers. The value is overridable on the individual voucher, so it does not move with the batch — vouchers already handed out keep the value they were issued with, and are changed one at a time.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. The voucher opens in the phone's ordinary browser, from the email or by scanning the QR code. Staff redeem it in the same view.
What about guests with no email address?
They get their voucher as a PDF instead — one per page or eight per A4 — and it works exactly like the emailed ones when scanned.
Can I see which vouchers were never used?
Yes. The batch shows scans, actual redemptions and which vouchers are still sitting unused, per guest and in total.
What does it cost if we only run one event a year?
The plan is monthly and you cancel it yourself whenever you like. Many people run it for the month around the event and then stop.
